This is my first completed painting since moving from CA to NY state! It's been a while getting set up in a new studio space, and this one was painted in the dining room while my studio space got a new floor. 18 x24 inches; casein on panel. Working title is, “Looking for Fish in Soryu Pond”. (Kyoto, Japan).

I was given this fabulous frame by a former co-worker, but never had the appropriate art for it until I painted this piece of Monet's Giverny pond. (It's based on photos I took there!) "Le Printemps à Giverny" is a 40 x 30 inch casein on panel painting completed late 2025. I think the fancy frame works well here–what do you think?
