Tuesday & Wednesday I got the pleasure of attending Chef Fred CsibiLevin’s hand on master class on designing Trompe L’oeil & Entremets hosted by Chef May Hamoda at Congressional Country Club …
It was such a great time learning exactly how to make these beautiful pieces come to fruition ❣️…
