The stage is up in Harmon Park, and we're getting just a little excited for the 2025 Prairie Village Jazz Festival! Here are some important things you should know:

☀️JazzFest is rain or shine. The current forecast is 76 and sunny, with temps in the low 60s by the end of the night. If you get chilly, we’ll have a few blankets for sale!

🚗 Free parking is available in the Shawnee Mission East lot off of Mission Road and 75th Street, in the Prairie Village pool lot off Delmar, at Mission Bible Church, and at Community of Christ Church. There are ADA parking spots located near each entrance: the water tower, the pool and the bottom of the hill.

💵 Admission is only $5, and ages 18 and under get in free. We accept credit cards and tap-to-pay at the admission gates and drink tent!

🍔 No coolers or picnic baskets, please. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event, and don’t forget your refillable water bottle for the WaterOne Quench Buggy!

🐶 No pets allowed, but service animals are always welcome.

🪑 Don't forget your lawn chairs and/or blankets!

📸 Take all the photos and videos you'd like, and tag them with !

👋🏼 Find a friendly volunteer in a navy blue Jazz Fest t-shirt if you have any questions at the event.

New this year are cocktails from Queen of Acorns Mobile Bar, plus a wide selection of domestic and craft b**r, seltzers and sodas available for purchase. Bring your water bottle to refill at the WaterOne Quench Buggy!

The Prairie Village Jazz Festival is also proud to partner this year with KC Can Compost. With the exception of popcorn bags, there will be no single-use plastic at the event, and all food and beverage supplies will be compostable. Members of the Prairie Village Environmental Committee will be on hand to assist.
