History is being made in McKinney, Texas and I could not be more proud of what our team is building.

Sunset Amphitheater, the largest fully seated amphitheater ever built in history, is now 50% complete. The canopied roof is going up and in less than 11 months we will open the doors to a multi-seasonal, omni content live entertainment experience that has never existed anywhere in the world.

This project represents a $300 million investment in McKinney's future and a projected $6 billion in economic impact over the next two decades. What is happening on that site right now is unlike anything this industry has ever seen, and we are just getting started.
