for Dan at Guest services today by Men in Black Universal Orlando Resort I was worried my tickets for Epic in September wouldn’t transfer over from my expired annual passes to my new ones (I did not renew). And he took the time to check all of the tickets for my family and made sure to transfer them to our new passes. This was such a huge relief. His attitude was just awesome and he seemed genuinely happy to help! Thank you Dan!!!!
