Andrei Nicula, the lead singer and the guitar player of Black Olives will visit Hiwatt UK (Established Manufacturer) to demonstrate the amps which the band used to record the recent album “Double Standards” with DR504 & SE4123F on guitar, DR504 & SE410F on bass. Double Standards is the most recent album which features these hand-wired setups used to record and track the whole album.

The signal chain of NMP Studios is absolutely flawless: Millennia Media Preamps via Apogee Symphony going into Pro Tools.

The single Electric Face is a good example of the band using a Gibson LP, the Pro Co Vintage Rat distortion plugged into the DR504: Custom Shop 50W head. The sound translates outstandingly well! Grungy, upfront and full of harmonic content! Find another!
