Thanks again to T.M. Krishna, H.N. Bhaskar, B. Sivaraman, and TMK's students Adithyanarayanan Shankar and Madhav Iyengar for a wonderful lecture/demonstration last Tuesday!

By expounding on the nuances that give Carnatic music its form, TMK's talk had something for everyone - an introduction to the music for newcomers, a deeply technical discussion for students and practitioners, and some truly special music for every listener. We didn't want it to end!

The artists graciously took the time to meet our community and concert attendees for a long Q&A session the day after the event. Braving Central PA's unpredictable winds, they provided invaluable insight into how they think about the role of art and of ourselves within it.

And it's a wrap! We are so grateful to Shivani Joshi for her evocative performance on Sunday. Complemented elegantly by Rohan Misra and Kishan Patel, Shivani's music was as touching as it was melodious.

Thanks a ton to Prof. Soundar Kumara for the wonderful pictures you see here and thanks to everyone who attended. We hope to see you again soon!
