Another successful project delivered by our team.

We recently completed a modification of an existing 1 Ton Overhead Crane (Span 6 meters) into an Underhung Crane system, designed to optimize workspace utilization and improve lifting efficiency within the facility.

The system is equipped with high-quality trolley wheels from DONATI Hoist Crane and Component, well known for their precision engineering, durability, and smooth operation in material handling applications.

Through careful engineering, installation, and on-site adjustment, our team ensured that the new configuration integrates seamlessly with the existing structure while maintaining safety and reliability.

Projects like this show how smart crane modification can extend equipment life while upgrading performance without the need for a completely new system.

Our top quality and highly durable Portable Gantry is Features & Performance lightweight and extremely strong. This portable system can be manually assembled, using just four bolts and can safety lift to 5000 kg, making it ideal for multiple applications.
The height of each gantry crane is easy to adjust, and it can be easily and safety raised to the required position by inserting and pulling 2 bolts in vertical position.
Adjustment spacing : 200 or 150 mm
