Summer is in full swing and we just finished trip one of many this summer ☀️ we spent a week in Bradenton, FL soaking up the sun (some soaked up too much 😅) with family.

I obviously can’t go to Florida without visiting a theme park 💁‍♀️we took it easy and spent the day at LEGOLAND Florida. My kids love the rides that are geared towards littles and the crowd levels 🤌🤌🤌

We ate lots and LOTS of delicious food 🤤 visited the white sandy beaches at Ana Maria Island 🏝️ and spent the majority of our time swimming in the four-acre lagoon by the house 😎

10/10 recommend a long, beach vacation (but maybe not the getting home at 3am part 🤪)

We made the most of our trip and visited as many sites as possible during the last two days! 

We started early and took a ship to the Statue of Liberty National Monument 🗽and Ellis Island Immigration Museum. This part was so calm and peaceful compared to the rest of our trip! 

We had some time to kill, so we went to MoMA The Museum of Modern Art and we were so glad we went! 🖼️ The popular exhibits were realllly busy, but we got to see Van Gogh’s Starry Night 🌙 ✨

We caught up with my nephew for a quick pizza lunch and I have a new favorite pizza topping — hot honey with pepperoni and jalapeños 🤤🍕

We finished the night off with The Giant at Music Box Theatre🎭 with John Lithgow playing Roald Dahl. So, SO good!

And we flew home Sunday, but we were able to spend five hours at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York before heading home.

I’m still exhausted and feel like I need to nap for a week, but it was great to get away for a quick couple days! ✈️

✈️ Jordan and I made a quick trip to NYC while my mom watches the kids (thanks, mom 😘). We got in late last night and hit the ground running this morning 🏃‍♀️

We started the day off with tickets to see The Kelly Clarkson Show this morning at 30 Rock. It was such a cool experience!

After the show got done taping, we strolled through Central Park (the weather is amaaazing right now! 😍) before heading to the American Natural History Museum.

And this was just luck, but we got to watch Kansas City Royals play at Yankee Stadium! ⚾️

We’re finally back to our hotel, eating delicious pizza and ready to start day two! 😴

🌟 I’m slightly (really) obsessed with Hamilton, so I was bummed that I wasn’t going to get to see the traveling show in KC while they’re here.

Well, at 4pm yesterday I was casually browsing the Ticketmaster website (as one does when they’re obsessed 🤪) and found a single ticket for the 7:30pm show for a fraction of the price of all of the others 🤯🎉🥳

So I loaded up me, myself and I 💁🏼‍♀️ and made my way to Music Hall Kansas City for an absolutely amazing show! This helped get me by until I’m able to get back to NYC again 😏

It took some rescheduling because of Snowmageddon, but we made it to Disney On Ice in KC on Friday ⛸️❄️

Luke at T-Mobile Center was so patient and helpful as he helped me reassign tickets for 29 people to make sure we could see the show a day earlier than planned😅🫣

And when we walked in, a staff member gave me and each of the six kids with me a $25 concessions gift card just for being a T-Mobile customer 🥹🥰🩷I might have given this woman a hug…twice. I hugged this woman twice 🤣🤣 even when we’re in KC, the Disney magic is real 🥰🥰🥰
