One of the things I like about when kids ask me to write a poem is that it's almost always something I've never written before. All the kids who have commissioned a poem from me about something they love have all asled for something different! I've done dinos, pigs, bees, strawberries, raccoons, and now wolf cubs. 🐺 You never know what some folks find compelling!
