My name is Marce Ledesma, I am from Mexico and I live in the City of Puebla.

I studied Foreign Languages, dedicating myself to teaching French and Italian, later I entered the University due to my inclination towards confectionery and I specialized in Gourmet and Artisanal Artistic Gelatin.

I worked as an advisor and teacher at the University of Artistic Gelatin.

I completed the Pastry Diploma at the Scoffier Institute in Puebla as well as various workshops and diplomas at other institutions.

I have participated in Expos, Demos and Collaborations both in Mexico and in other countries (Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Peru, Bangladesh, Turkey, USA, Venezuela, Uruguay, Costa Rica, India, UK, among others).

For 2 consecutive years I was named Cake Star by the FundaAkay Bybora foundation.

Along with other Chef's my Christmas show participated in The Decorator Cake Magazine of Russia, on the occasion of World Art Day I also obtained a participation in the same magazine but in Turkey, in the same way commemorating the Day of the Dead Festivity in the Demo Catrinas I had the honor of participating and my work was one of those selected by the Magazine.
Recently my participation along with other chefs in the Demo Tribute Indian Cinema was published in D'ilicious Magazines In the UK and also in Fondbites Magazine.

I am participating in Telemundo 44 Washington DC. In the United States in the program En la Cocina with Madelaine Jordan.

I have also participated in Canal Rosa TV in Puebla.

I obtained the Training and Constancy to be an Ambassador and represent various Brands.

I was Ambassador of 3 Mexican Brands of Raw Materials for confectionery and I currently represent-promote El Baúl de Jave, Sayes and Coloidales Duché as an ally of the Brand.
I was named a Brand Ambassador for Cherry and Cake.

I collaborate in Vida y Comida Magazine and I am a member of the Mexican Gastronomy Collective.

I work as a Cake&Jelly Designer both for sales and offering workshops and I am the owner of La Petite Alsace Gelatins and Desserts.

My name is Ileana Zoltani. I am from Romania/Transylvania (Cluj-Napoca City).

I try my best to grow and become better and better each day. So I’m deeply in love with this sweet world

Baking was my hobby for a few years. Mostly I am self-taught but for 3 years I am a certified baker.
I made my first sugar paste figurine almost two years ago and slowly it became a passion-obsession-addiction.
I am 54 years old and all my life I’ve been a clerk behind a desk.
At 50 I took a risk and I changed my occupation….never regret it, and today I work as a cake decorator.
I love to make cake toppers and create fantasy characters and flowers.
I also love to create creepy stuff but I create cute characters too, love to paint on cakes….and enjoy every moment of that.

Hi my name is will heuss I live in Nashville Tennessee. I am an award-winning sugar artist. I have been doing cakes and chocolate and sugar pieces since the age of 16. It is something I have a passion for and I really love to do.

My name is Guadalupe Alberta Garcia Rebollo, I ventured into the world of pastry first making cupcakes with bitumen. Currently I specialized in design pastry mainly in fondant. She made cupcakes with design, decorated kindergarten eggs, mammoths and bubulubus with fondant. I also work some designs with chocolate.
I just finished my studies as Pastry Chef.

In the year of 2020 my Dr. Gattel cake went viral, several media interviewed me and took the note from my cake. I participate in private pastry groups teaching classes, courses and workshops online. I have participated in different collaborations, several of them have been published in international magazines.

I have my own online pastry shop, which is called Cupcakes D'lizioso
