Sadly tonight’s class is cancelled as I am feeling unwell and need to give my body a chance to recover. Not covid related.. just a hideous cold that’s wiped me out!
I’ll be sending out details about October classes soon.

Awesome class tonight.. we wore our bright summer colours and danced into the summer holidays in style.. 💃☀️💚🙌🏼👩🏼‍🎤🧑🏾‍🎤 outstanding effort ladies.. you smashed it.. 💪🏼👊🏼🔥
We distanced to exercise but it was lovely to be able to take a group shot this evening 💚🙌🏼

Hey.. please can everyone attending tonight bring a mat or towel to lay on.. as temperatures have been high I want to use the last 20mins to do a deep stretch and relaxation session.. so we don’t overheat.. please bring plenty of water too 💚🙌🏼
