Howdy all! Wow, we've been busy packing and wrapping and catching a breath and some zzz's since Balmy.

It was one of our favourites and best yet 🤩

We've got lots to share, including lots of fun photos and a feedback survey (grown up Balmy Nights stuff), but just wanted to pop by and say a MASSIVE thank you all of you - our artists and musicians, our punters, our volunteers, our team, out venues, our sponsors and supporters.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 🙏

Balmy Nights would not happen without you all and we appreciate everyone's support, time, enthusiasm, and commitment more than words can describe.

Keep an eye out for an email from us landing in your inbox in the near future, and get excited for more fun snaps too 👀

Shots by the amazing .clemente - thanks for jumping onboard photo queen 👑 mention your mates and we can tag them.

Special mention of this one because we don't want you to miss the opportunity to check it out on the weekend!

Halla Kim is a South Korean visual artist living and working in Esperance. Her recent exhibitions include Connected in a Circle (Gallery DOS, 2024, Seoul) and On Boarding (Sungkok Art Museum, 2023, Seoul).

Her work explores the sensory and emotional connections between the body, nature, and craft. (So cool)

Through participatory installations and clay-based performances, she invites people to experience non-verbal dialogue a conversation shaped through touch, form, and presence.

At Balmy, Halla will share an interactive experience where participants can slow down, listen with their hands, and create together 🤗

Balmy Beats - another one you need to get in your calendar for next week 💿🍻🗓️

Wind down and see out the Balmy Nights weekend in true Esperance style, with a cruisey Sunday session at Lucky Bay Brewery. We'll have Perth based RNB Artist Dani Enli, joined by locals $lazy and Dj Fitzy for a cracking afternoon of tunes.

We're also diving into something a little different this year with 3 games of croquet set up on the green too….keen. Set to be a sunny good one🌞

Many thanks to Lucky Bay Brewery for supporting Balmy Beats and also to our Festival wide supporters, the Mt Burdett Foundation.

Once again, Balmy Nights Festival partners with the Esperance Museum Village and Bistro Louis to bring you Balmy Brunch, Sunday Nov 23rd 🥐☕️🍹🥞🪇🎸🛍️🎨🌳🌞

Sunday of the Festival is all about winding down with your friends and family, and who doesn’t love strolling through the museum village, feasting on good food and hot coffee, while quality live music fills your ear drums. It's the perfect recovery.

This year, Bridgetown based Tracey Barnett is set to perform accompanied by Esperance musicians, Rowan and Jemma Donovan. Live music will be from 9am-1pm 🌳

will have plenty of nourishing brunchy specials to replenish your reserves after a big night of dancing at Balmy Nights. Paul is setting up a Balmy Mocktail Bar 🍹 on the pavers with a fabulous array of non-alcoholic beverages, including Polka non-alc sparkling wine, zero-proof Botanical spirit and Italian Aperitivo. Your very own recovery party! Book a table on the verandah or pull up a picnic blanket and enjoy the live music. 📕 For Bistro Louis Brunch Bookings head over to bistrolouis.com.au

A few other very cool things you can expect down at the Museum Village for Balmy Brunch -

- Art Galley: 🖼️ will have an exhibition of visual art on display plus 'the workroom set up for a screening of music videos and footage by the Balmy artists, it will be on a loop during BB, and open from Art Gallêy for punters to stroll thru, sit, view music videos or recordings of performances'
- Shops will be open including Yellow Fig (Lana will be painting!); ESP; Naturally Esperance; Luna Designs (possible workshops).
