We are hosting our 2022 Annual General Meeting!

🗓WHEN: 24th of October
🕗 AT 8:00PM
📍 WSE Discord Server (link on our linktree which can be found on our bio!)

Meeting Agenda and Executive and Team Nomination form has been sent via email and posted on our AGM Discord announcement 🙂!

We at least need 10 non-executive attendees.
🫶The future of this club lies in your hands!🫶✨

🤔Why should You attend?🤔
⦁ You get to raise your concerns, suggest improvements or addition of things to the club and what you want to see more of in the future
⦁ You get to hear how we spend our “budget”
⦁ You get to vote on who you want to see as leaders of WSE
⦁ You get to be a part of writing WSE's future in 2023!

It is time for our first on campus event for the WSE Worlds Clash, Trivia Night!!

What🤔
Questions of everything League from champ lore to game sounds to who is the greatest league team of all time (❤️🖤)!!

When and where🏠🕔
From 5PM to 9PM on Sunday the 16th October at Parramatta City campus (PC-01.2.26)

Sign up📝
Sign up as a team of max 4 people by DMing ME your teams names, student numbers and team name or you can join by yourself :)

Prizes🎁
1st Place team: One goodie bag per person with a $30USD figure from Riot Store + 3 additional points towards ladder
2nd Place team: One goodie bag per player with a pin from Riot Store + 2 additional points towards ladder
3rd Place team: 1 additional points towards ladder per person
+2 points towards ladder for all participants

Pizza and snacks will be provided

Dodgeball on Saturday 15th at 6:30PM

What❓
We will be playing 3v3s in baron pit throwing skillshots at one another. First team to take out all 3 opponents wins!

Sign up as a team of 3 or join as a free agent to win some prizes and more points!! Open for anyone to join!

Prizes 🎁
Prizing is for WSU students only
1st place will receive 3x $10 RP cards
1st, 2nd and 3rd will also receive additional points towards the ladder. Participation points for everyone who joins!

✨DIVERSITY FEST 2022 EDITION✨
To celebrate Diversity Fest AGS, TTG, WSE, K-Seoul, FiloSoc and Book Club have decided to collaborate and host a Jeopardy event. This Jeopardy event will cover a variety of topics, with questions being created by each individual club.

📆 DATE: Wednesday 28th September
⏰ TIME: 1-4PM
📌 LOCATION: Building EE, Room 19 or the Auditorium
*Outside the Auditorium you’ll also find stalls with cultural food, brought in by our lovely club executives!

🙋‍♂️TEAM REGISTRATION🙋
- The event will consist of 12 teams of 5x people each.
- This can be formed by either emailing the event coordinator with student IDs, names and team names.
- OR: Getting allocated into a team on the day of the event.

Teams placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th will be receiving prizes 🏆 so why not join us in the Hub for an afternoon of trivia 🤔 and delicious food 🥡

Time for our first event of WSE Worlds Clash! 🏆

5v5 Mirror Matchups on Friday 30th September, 6:30PM start

😷 Staff will randomly roll 5 champions each game for one person on both teams to play from, don’t worry if you don’t own all champs! We will roll from the free to play squad!!

We have five $10 RP cards to give to the first place team plus points for participation and the top three placing teams for our leaderboard!
