Every single moment, since the beginning of existence…has led to you here in this moment. And just as every single moment has led to you here, your present existence will lead to everything there ever is to be.

Everything is in perfect divine order, whether we realize it or not. Bad times don’t last, one day there will be no more suffering - we are doing our part in getting to that day. Everything is falling into place, bit by bit, moment after moment.

This life we live, it is not just our own individual story. It is an intricate part of the whole cosmos’s story. A story about the cosmos transcending from chaos into something far more beautiful than we could ever begin to imagine.

This story could never unfold, had you never existed. Even if you think you have no purpose…without your essence, there would be no cosmos.

In some paradoxical way, the whole cosmos revolves around you…and yet here you are, living on a planet revolving around a sun with no control over anything at all, except perhaps your own actions.

Nevertheless, you are necessary. Infinite moments centered around your present existence. Capable of simultaneously influencing the past, the present, and the future in ways you could never comprehend. Nothing makes any sense, anyways.

And…

𝕀𝕗 𝕠𝕟𝕝𝕪 𝕨𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖:
If you can love yourself,
You can show others how to love their self

If you can love yourself,
Then we can all love our self

If we all love our self
Then we would live in a world of love

Violence would fade away
Conflict would cease to exist

Everything would fall into place
If only we could love, truly love

No expectations, no judgement
Just compassion, just peace

But it starts with each one of us
It starts within

We must love our self in such a way
That we love everything in existence

We must accept ourself in such a way
That we accept everything in existence

We must live in such a way
That we recognize our self in everything

We are all interconnected
There is no separate self

To take care of yourself
Is to take care of the whole cosmos

To love yourself
Is to love the whole cosmos

Let everything else go
Just be love

The answer to all our problems
Is a radical shift, of letting it all go

Complete release
A system reboot

A new everlasting present
Devoted to love

There is no getting even
No justice to be served

For there is no way to peace

We make ourselves believe
We have to fight for peace

But it’s the fighting
That keeps us repeating chaos

History repeats
Cycles of hate and oppression

Life becomes more “comfortable”
But the root of our suffering remains

Blinded by consumption
Our inability to be still

We must learn to love
And that starts within

If we all choose love
A new world would be born

Heaven on earth could exist
If only we could love

“As within, so without,
as above, so below,
as the universe, so the soul.”

Here in this present moment

Since the very beginning
Every moment of existence
Has led to your existence

And if you really think about it
You aren’t even separate
From the “Big Bang”

You are the “Big Bang”
The universe, itself
Unfolding in the present moment.

And just as every moment
Has led to you
Here in the present moment

You too, will lead
To everything
There ever is to be.

A beautiful part of the whole
Not separate, but intricately connected
To everything there ever is and was to be

You aren’t just made of the cosmos
You are the cosmos
Here, in the present moment.

Lately,
I’ve been trying to slow down
Let my mud settle
Reconnect with my inner peace
Realize who I am

Lately,
My focus has been Love
Because at the depths of my soul
That is who I am

Deep down,
That’s who we all are
Created in Gods image…
We are Love

Beneath,
The pain
The sorrow
The anger
The resentment
The fear
The greed
The lust

There is Love

I feel,
We can all benefit by
Slowing down
Letting our mud settle
Reconnecting with our inner peace
And realizing who we are

Breathing in, I allow myself to feel
Breathing out, I begin to slow down
Breathing in, I let my mud settle
Breathing out, I feel peace and clarity
Breathing in, I feel that I am love
Breathing out, I embody love
Breathing in, I realize who I am
Breathing out, I smile
