Last night we had our first rehearsal for Extremis: Obscura, and we truly cannot tell you how excited we are for this show. We are still looking for a couple actors to join us, so if you (or someone you know) wants to save some money on therapy bills, message Lindsay Brownfield.

As Earnest draws to a close, Intrepid is off to the races with something new. Extremis: Obscura is Flint's first extreme immersive horror show, performed for an audience of one or two people at a time. If you've ever wondered if you could survive a horror movie, this is your chance to find out.

Immersive horror experiences are often expensive, and Extremis: Obscura is no exception. But groundbreaking theatre should be accessible to everyone, so we are reserving two performance slots for people from mid-Michigan on a pay-what-you-can basis.

Audience members must be 18+. Application required.

In Extremis we are revealed.

Providing a lovely finale to the parade of Intrepid critters who have visited us during the run of Earnest is this beautiful Monarch butterfly, who we have dubbed Lady Bracknell. She graced us with this piece of wisdom, previously attributed to Oscar Wilde: "Ignorance is like a delicate exotic fruit; touch it and the bloom is gone."

There is only one more chance to see The Importance of Being Earnest before the bloom is gone. Join us at Good Beans Cafe today at 2:30 pm! Get your tickets at the door or at https://our.show/intrepidearnest

Last night's performance of The Importance of Being Earnest featured a surprise guest appearance by The Intrepid Mantis. Speaking to reporters following her debut, she described the opportunity as "The most wonderful Bunbury I have ever had in my life."

Come find out what the hell she's talking about at The Importance of Being Earnest, tonight and tomorrow afternoon at Good Beans Cafe. 🎟: https://our.show/intrepidearnest
