LATINO USA: Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Maria Hinojosa visited The Cheech for a conversation with me about my personal art collection, my lifelong love of Chicano art and the legacy we are building at The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture of the Riverside Art Museum.

I also walked her through “We the People: Chicano Art in the U.S.A.,” on view at The Cheech through May 23, 2027.

The resulting Latino USA episode, “A Comedy Icon’s Commitment to Preserving Chicano Art,” is out now.
