Here is my second cake. It sank a little, but it sure was fun to make! Time for back to school! Four layers this time: vanilla, chocolate, vanilla chocolate chip and chocolate caramel. Covered in chocolate ganache and fondant. It was delicious!

I have become fascinated by the show, Is it Cake? I love it! Here is my first attempt at a cake that looks like an object. Is it cake?

The layers are red velvet, vanilla, blueberry, red vanilla, cookies and cream, blueberry and a cookies and cream cookie for the rim. Covered in vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache and colored fondant. It was a blast. What do you think...Is it cake?
