Biggest shout out to Sail Lofter for conceptualizing the “Fruit Stand” installation and fundraiser. She transformed her space into a magical and whimsical realm where shoppers took home their fruit in a good ol’ brown paper bag! Thank you for your kindness and generosity to the !

The final potluck for 25-26 was fantastic - we will meet up again in September with plans for Sail Loft t-shirts, a ritual to start the off season, a crash course in supporting one another on social media and a slide show on non-binary artists among other things! Deep gratitude to the for hosting us! Last night saw lots of merriment, a platter of bespoke pb & j sandwiches from .cohenartist and we “wrote” a poem as part of an icebreaker led by with assistance from and ! Swipe to see it or: Here is the text written on the cardboard:
GRATITUDE LIFTS US CURIOUSLY
BEYOND HOPEFUL WHEN WE SHARE
OURSELVES THRICE. VULNERABILITY
AWAKENS TULIPS PLANTED, ROTATE AND
COLORS EXPLODE.

Ptown folks, all are welcome! Please join the Sail Loft Art Collective (SLAC) for a fundraiser on 5/5 and 5/6 3-5 pm at The Provincetown Commons. This will support the SLAC's annual website fees and potluck costs (such as recyclable plates, cultery). Our goal is just a couple hundred dollars, and the chance to have fun together raising it. We will be making art-fruit for Laura Shabott's "Fruit Stand" installation at The Commons. You can learn more at this link or DM me: https://www.sailloftcollective.com/fruit-stand-fundraiser
