Hello! We’re Irfan and Mushahid. Two architects who realized early on that we loved presenting architecture more than designing it. We started young, with borrowed laptops, more conviction than credentials, and a friendship built on shared taste, shared values, and a stubbornness neither of us has been able to shake.
Over the years, we grew into a 15-person team across seven countries, delivered over 300 projects across four continents, and kept going deeper. Into strategy. Into brand identity. Into launch marketing. Into everything that shapes whether a project succeeds before it’s built. The work kept expanding. The name didn’t. At some point, calling ourselves a rendering studio stopped being honest about what we actually do.
So we are now finally catching up to ourselves.
Heed Agency came from a simple, honest question we kept asking ourselves: what kind of company do we actually want to build? Not just what it does, but what it stands for. How it treats people. How it shows up. What it gives back.
Heed Agency is a presales agency for developers and visionaries. Visuals, strategy, brand identity, and launch marketing, everything that shapes how a project is perceived and trusted before it physically exists. But the work is only half of it.
The other half is how we operate. Ethical methods. Transparent relationships. Fewer projects with deeper involvement. A team we invest in as people, not just professionals. And a commitment to share what we earn with those who need it most.
