Please go to the YouTube channel, subscribe and the like and comment! As long as you subscribe, each like and comment on YouTube video is a vote.

Top two with the most votes get to perform at the preliminary pageant tomorrow night.

Please subscribe like and comment so I can perform this on a stage! I wanted my dance to show how I learned to love my scars and who I am after my stroke.

✨ First day at 💖

Had the absolute best time meeting all the incredible girls here, and it’s only day one!! Everyone has been so sweet, and I already love my roommate 🫶 We spent the evening getting ready, laughing in our dorm, and went out for a fun dinner together to kick off this journey.

Not everything went as planned (hello, ✈️😭), but even with a last-minute scramble, we made it, and it’s so worth it to be here. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings. 👑✨

I was so excited Premier Houston accepted an invitation to come to my home and talk about seatbelt safety in Nova Scotia. I told him my story and that I noticed we hear about the dangers of drinking and driving at school, which is important, but not about speeding and seatbelts. I talked about what I’ve been doing to raise awareness. and ideas of how we could work together to prevent the increasing fatalities easily prevented by seatbelts.

I was also thrilled that he was willing to speak on camera as part of the upcoming docuseries Fashionably Great. You can watch our interview when it airs in 2026! I’m grateful the producer is capturing my whole story.

Thank you Premier Houston, I’m so happy I met you. I think we make a great team!

P.S the bear was given to me by paramedics at the accident scene and is named after the neighbour who held my hand and told me I would be ok. He was right 🙂

My post about my platform is so big it’ll take two posts! If you’ve followed my story, you know I’ve talked about invisibility disabilities and wearing seatbelts on a podcast, the radio, tv and to school students, college students and teachers! Tomorrow I will take my efforts to a new level! Stay tuned for my most impactful discussion yet!

Took my little sister (7th grade 🩷) out for a dinner date before I leave for Miss Teenage Canada 👑🇨🇦 She really wanted a night for just the two of us to bond, laugh, and spend time together before I’m gone for a while, and honestly, I didn’t realize how much I needed it too.

We talked about school, what she’s excited for this summer, and all the small things that matter so much when you’re her age. We shared fries, giggled about random things, and just enjoyed being sisters without rushing. It was one of those moments where you pause and realize how grateful you are to have someone who looks up to you, but who also reminds you to stay grounded and present.

As I get ready to step into this next chapter, it’s moments like these I’ll carry with me. I’m so thankful for her, for our family, and for these everyday memories that mean more than anything. No matter where I go, family is home.

Here’s to new adventures, but never forgetting where you came from 🫶✨

I started my platform because I know what it’s like to feel alone in your mind. From making mental health kits and cards for seniors, to launching a mental health podcast with hundreds of listeners, to writing my own book on mental health and legal rights—I’ve dedicated my voice to helping others know they aren’t alone.

Through my mental health account, activities, resources, and global projects, I’ve already helped thousands worldwide—but I’m only getting started. I’m currently working on a big mental health awareness project to reach even more people, and my goal is to continue creating safe spaces for youth and communities everywhere.

Healing takes time, but it is possible. Let’s keep spreading hope, one action at a time.

If you’ve been helped by my page or want to join me in spreading awareness, comment below or DM me! Let’s keep fighting for our mental health together.

Busy week with two proms and my graduation!

I was excited to be asked by the Rotary Club of New Glasgow to present the Hero award at our other local
Highschool. Rotary was inspired by my story to create an award for a student who overcame medical challenges with grace and resiliency. Thank you to Rick Goodman from Rotary for creating the award and asking me to present and congratulations to my friend Jessica Arnold, who truly is a hero!
