Sunday’s poetry workshop was everything 💜

In my adulthood I’ve learned to treat my birthday as an opportunity to pause and reconnect with self. I make offerings to myself, I sit with any lingering feelings of doubt or guilt I’m still carrying, and I affirm myself to take on another year.

Grateful to have a group willing to step outside of their comfort zone, and engage with these practices through poetry.
