one of the worlds oldest healing modalities is a blend of massage, acupressure, energy work, and gentle yoga stretches. Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing

enjoy a relaxing, healing massage with Thai massage, neurological remapping and aromatherapy. Enjoy with a friend or lover, beginning with a nourishing elixir and ending with the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls

I’m missing summer today. Season is beginning to change here in the Virgin Islands to cooler stronger breezes and the water is starting to get chilly! The clouds and haze are making it a good day to stay in integrate my last emotional tidal wave dig my heals firm on the ground. I will make magick with beautiful gifts from Mother Earth. I will make more wearable art and fulfill my heart from the inside.
I want to thank all of you that have supported and adored my creations through out the years. I have always been an artist, my first passion! All of the compliments and stories of gifts from the past. All of the kind words and inspiration and encouragement from friends and family all my life! Thank You! That lifts my chin and cheeks today. I love to share and give what I make! It makes me sooo happy inside. I wish I could give everything away but this time around as a 36 year old “Adult” I must make my passions my wealth creation. Hey fam! Join Andy and I on Wednesday nights for this deeply relaxing and powerfully elevating experience! QiGong is an ancient a very effective form of energy healing in movement. It has been around for over 5/6,000 years! We also practice some Sanskrit chants and chakra toning. The main meditation we share came from the oneness university in India called the Soul Sync. It builds upon itself until we feel/resonate with the Limitless Field and our prayer power really comes to action. Then we close with a lovely savasana of soundbath with crystal bowls and the didgeridoo! I suggest bringing a pad pillow and blanket maybe even a journal. This experience is 90 loving minutes long. We always wait to start till 7:10 for everyone to arrive and get settled (incase you worry about being “late” island time is always considered) Many blessings of grace and ease this week! We are so blessed to have each others love and support. Thank you everyone for all you do making our world more beautiful 🙏🏽
