*Q. Where are you located?...

*Q. What is a reborn doll?
*A. A reborn is a doll that was firstly hand sculpted in clay by the sculpting artist and produced into a kit. These kits are then hand painted by other artists with either heat set or airdry paints designed specifically for this purpose, to create realistic details and features that resemble the look of lifelike baby or toddler. Reborn babies are made of hollow vinyl parts (head & limbs) that are weighted typically with glass beads and stuffing to give the doll a weighted, soft/floppy feel. Most reborn dolls have a fabric doe suede body, some may also have a vinyl torso body that wraps completely (or partially) around the cloth body, or a removable vinyl tummy plate that simply sits on top of the body. There are a few kits out there that are ‘full vinyl' with jointed limbs that connect to their vinyl torso.
*Q. What is a silicone doll?...
*A. A silicone doll also starts as a baby hand sculpted in clay by the sculpting artist, that sculpture is then molded and cast into silicone. A quality silifon doll is made of platinum silicone and can either be full bodied or partial. A partial silicone usually consists of only the head/limbs made of silicone, attached to a stuffed and weighted cloth fabric body. A full bodied silicone is usually poured as one whole solid piece (body, head & limbs) but some may also be a separate head/body jointed or fused together. Silicone dolls are painted by artists using silicone paints and pigments. Generally the costs and time involved in the creation of a silicone baby are far greater than that of a vinyl reborn doll, hence this will be reflected in their higher price range.
*Q. Do you take on custom orders?...
*A. No sorry, instead I like to create my own freestyle babies from kits of my choice, all updates on available babies are posted here on my page as they become available.
*Q. How can I buy one of your reborn babies?...
*A. Once the current baby I am working on is fully completed I officially advertise it on my page for sale along with full photo shoot, he/she is then sold to the first customer to express interest and have their payment ready.
I do at times sell the occasional baby on ebay.
*Q. How can I purchase a silicone baby?...
*A. I am still very new to working with silicone, I have also recently started sculpting and pouring my own silicone kits. At this stage I plan to keep my silicone kits exclusively for myself to paint, if I do in the future decide to sell any as blank kits I will advertise on my page. I don't get the chance to work on silicone all that often, and do not have set prices for my silicone dolls at this stage. When I have a baby finished and available silicone for sale I will share details on my page.
*Q. How do I know what reborn or silicone baby you are working on soon to be available?...
*A. Whenever I am about to start work on a new reborn kit I advertise the kit here on my page along with details including price/size etc. in what I call an ‘Up Next’ post. Each reborn usually takes me between 1-2 weeks to finish once I have started. If you take a look towards the top of my page it should always show who my latest work in progress is. If I am working on any silicone baby dolls I will also post Work~In~Progress pics and updates on my page.
*Q. How will I know when the reborn baby you are working on will be ready for sale?...
*A. The day before I plan to advertise my most recent reborn baby for sale, I make a 'sneak peek' post with a few pics of the completed baby on my page, to let those potentially interested know to keep an eye out.
*Q. How much are your reborn dolls?...
*A. Prices vary depending on the kit-size-eyes open/closed etc. but start from around $300+
*Q. Do you offer payment plans?...
*A. Yes, for reborn dolls sold here on my page, the deposit due upon sale is often between $200-$300AUD and I require 'preferably' weekly or fortnightly payments after sale until baby has been paid off in full, monthly payments can also be arranged if needed. Payments usually work out to be around $75 to $100AUD a week...$150 to $200AUD a fortnight...or $300 to $400AUD a month. Although I am happy to offer payment plans, for the first 24 hours after a reborn baby has been advertised I do give preference to buyers that can pay in full.
*Q. Do your reborn babies sell fast?...
*A. It all depends on the popularity of the kit and what appeals to buyers. Some of my reborns sell within minutes of being listed, while others take a day or more. After being advertised, if a baby hasn't sold on my page after the first 24hrs+ I will list it on ebay.
*Q. Do you ship internationally?...
*A. Yes, I ship to most countries, prices are calculated depending on weight. I can offer a quote if needed.
*Q. Do you only do painted hair babies?...
*A. Yes, I specialise in painted hair, this is what my personal preference is…I do often add a small amount of rooted mohair just on top of some reborn dolls to add a little extra realism.
*Q. Do you offer painting services?...
*A. No sorry, I do not offer reborn, silicone or hair painting services.
*Q. Do you have a website?...
*A. No, not at this stage...I sell all my dolls here on my page and on ebay.
