Summers on Oak Creek are WILD.
It’s hot. It’s buggy. It’s humid. It’s wet. And nature completely takes over.
The grass grows faster than we can keep up with it, everything is green and a little unruly, and the Florida heat has a way of reminding you that you’re not in charge out here.
But it’s also incredibly beautiful.
The cows graze under big summer skies. Wildlife seems to be everywhere. Afternoon storms roll through, the pastures turn impossibly green, and Oak Creek settles into its own rhythm.
Summer forces us to slow down—because, quite frankly, it’s too dang hot to do much else.
So we do a little less. We sit a little longer. We watch the cows. We notice the wildlife. We enjoy the shade, the sunsets, and the beautiful wildness around us.
There’s something pretty special about letting nature take over for a while.
Summer on Oak Creek. Wild, untamed, and beautiful.
