It was a tough decision, but we are only going to be at the Farmhouse Shoppes in Trade TN until the end of the month, as sales haven't been were they need to be to sustain us there. We were really hoping things were going to work out, as it is such a nice shop. We are hoping to get into a few local events this summer, and will likely start putting stuff up on etsy as well.

Long day today boiling the maple sap that we have collected this week. Down here in NC, we get about 1 gallon of syrup from 60 gallons of sap.
