I’m so excited to finally share that The Art Bin is officially live!

I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some incredibly talented local artists to help bring their work to a wider audience, and I’m honored to have my artwork included in this new online gallery.

One of the things I love most about collecting art from local artists is that it means something. These aren’t mass-produced pieces from a big box store. They’re stories, memories, places, and moments created by real people right here in our Appalachian community. The artwork you choose becomes part of your home, your family, and your everyday life.

If you’d like to help support me and other local artists, follow The Art Bin page, browse the website, and comment below with your favorite piece of artwork. I’ll randomly choose one commenter to receive a free pack of my greeting cards!

Thank you for helping us spread the word and celebrate local Appalachian art. ❤️

Hello and welcome!

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who stopped by my table last night and to welcome some new faces to my page. It was such a joy to meet you, hear your stories, and connect over art. Your kind words and encouragement truly mean more than you know.

If you’re new here, I invite you to take a look around. You’ll find paintings inspired by everyday beauty, nature, local places, and the moments that make life feel a little brighter.

I share new artwork, behind-the-scenes glimpses of my creative process, and updates on upcoming events here on the page. I love bringing you along for the journey.

If there’s a painting you’ve seen and are curious about, or if you’re looking for something specific, feel free to send me a message anytime. Originals, prints, and blank greeting cards are available.

I’m so grateful you’re here. 🥰

I had the honor of contributing three paintings to a truly special local project: Birth, Death, and Resurrection of a Golf Course by Jim Boyd.

The book shares the story of the Jaycee Golf Course and features artwork from dozens of local artists. My three fairway paintings are included in the book, and the original paintings will be on display at the book release event this Tuesday at the Ohio University Zanesville Library.

If you love local history, community stories, and local art, I’d love to see you there!

And if one of these fairway paintings speaks to you, the originals are available. Feel free to reach out for details.

It’s been such a fun project to be part of, and I’m excited to celebrate it with everyone.

Today feels like a good day to pause and remember the brave men and women who served and gave so much for the freedoms we often take for granted. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to create freely, share beauty, tell stories through art, and live this life because of the courage of others before us. Thank you will never feel big enough.

This little poppy painting, Fields of Courage, feels especially fitting today. Poppies have long been a symbol of remembrance. I also think they speak to the quiet courage people carry every day through grief, loss, healing, uncertainty, and the battles no one else can see.

If you know someone walking through a hard season right now, maybe this is your reminder to reach out, encourage them, and let them know they’re not alone.

Remembering with gratitude today. ❤️
