Today's the day! 🤸‍♀️ Session 1 of Youth Gymnastics kicks off THIS MORNING at the Siskiyou Family YMCA, and we've still got a handful of spots open for anyone who wants to jump in.

Classes run every Tuesday through October 6th, so there's still plenty of session left to enjoy. Members and non-members both welcome!

Well, if you were Robert Roberts (for real, his name) you spend the next 20 or so years becoming a pioneer in the development of exercise and fitness programs, you invent a Pulley-Weight System (think cable machine but totally retro), and you coin the term "body building."

Yreka Volleyball is hosting the 32nd Annual Miner Mountain Blast tomorrow (8/29). There will be 16 Varsity and 16 JV Teams coming from Oregon and Northern California. Come out and support your Lady Miners.
