After one of the busiest program weeks we've had, I found myself right here... lying in the grass with one of my favorite snakes, simply being still.

No crowds. No microphones. No schedules.

Just a quiet reminder of why I do this.
I truly believe this work is a ministry. Pouring into people, serving communities, and sharing God's incredible creation is a blessing—but it can also be exhausting at times.

That's why moments like this matter.

Today, I chose stillness. I chose gratitude. I chose to remember the love God has given me for both these amazing animals and the people I get to meet because of them. 💚🙏
