Hey everybody, just to check in with all of you and let you know that Allen, Mike and I got together this past Sunday for our first practice together since before Christmas. As far as my shoulder injury goes, it’s healing nicely, but I have to say by the end of the practice I was a little sore…but it’s finally good to be back together with my friends and making music again!

As a little treat for all of you, we will be doing a couple demo recordings of some of our new music and will be posting it on this site… looking forward to seeing all of you soon during our 2026 events🫶🏼🙏

Just a quick update on the status of the injury list. I am healing well from my shoulder surgery and I’m starting therapy next week! I rarely take any pain medication’s but sometimes it is necessary. I’ve had two great improvements this week, the first I can now raise my right arm, with the help of my left, to get it over the lower bout of my guitars. So that means I can slowly integrate into playing again. The other one is I actually went out on my E bike today and ran a few light errands. That will also facilitate me getting around Hanover without having to use public transportation!

Allen is recovering well, I saw him on Sunday, and I think he should be able to do some light playing in another week or so. I do look forward to when Allen, Mike and I can get together again and make some music!

Thank you for all your previous likes, loves and hugs on my previous post, and of course I always enjoy the comments. We look forward to seeing you in this year of 2026.🤙😊

Happy new year ST Friends!

I just had a fairly extensive right shoulder surgery and I am hoping to have a quick and productive recovery.
Allen is having surgery on his right thumb, which is his bowing hand,
and he will be in recovery starting tomorrow sometime. So, that’s 2/3 of the band out on the injured list. Hopefully nothing will happen to Mike!
