A great way to celebrate Juneteenth during York Arts Week!

YCCF offices are closed today in celebration of Juneteenth.

We honor the day when enslaved Black Americans were informed of their freedom in Galveston, Texas - two years after President Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation.
