Newest Remodel (and mostly Repurposed) :)

Big news @ Sweet Homes: The Pacific Chart House redesign and renovation is now complete! Sitting in the sand at Bayshore in Waldport, the PCH is even more stunning than ever; we're so proud, we want to share some new photos with you! Our property manager, Kasey Baker, did the design work; she also spearheaded and managed the whole project. A big kudos to Kasey & her team on a job well done! So, what do you think of the new and improved Pacific Chart House --- can you see yourself relaxing there at the beach?

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! Yes, I mean the weather - but I also mean that we'll have lots of tree trimmings and stocking stuffers at First Friday tonight! Who doesn't want art or jewelry this year?! Bundle up and come out shopping!

Feng Shui tip - Foyers.

If you own a home now with a foyer make sure your front door can open all the way against the adjacent wall (without hitting furniture.) And bring in live plants!

If you're shopping for a home - make sure your foyer 1) does not have another door leading outside; 2) does not have the front door and back door facing each other; 3) does not have another door parallel to the front door within 10'; and 4) does not have a stairway directly in front of the door.

RhizoArt painted the "Skeletard" in the photo. It was for a riding/massage therapy demonstration. Might be the strangest canvas for me yet... but fun!
