🚨 OPEN BULL RIDERS REMINDER 🚨

We need all Open Bull Riders planning to compete at the Saturday, June 13th Open Rodeo at Billingsway Arena to call or text 276-200-4001 so we can ensure we order enough bulls.

📞 Call or Text by Wednesday at 9:00 PM

Open Bull Riders ONLY need to pre-enter.

✅ All other contestants will sign up at the Secretary Booth the day of the rodeo. Please arrive by 6:00 PM with entry fees paid in full.

📋 Important Reminders:
• If this is your first time competing with us in 2026, please bring a copy of your Birth Certificate or Driver’s License.
• All contestants must complete a Liability Waiver.
• A current Negative Coggins is required for all horses on the grounds.

We look forward to seeing everyone at Billingsway Arena Saturday night for a great rodeo!

Saturday, June 13th, Billingsway Arena will be hosting an OPEN RODEO with Youth and Adult Events!

✅ No Membership Required
✅ No Permit Fees
✅ 60% Payout

Important Entry Information:
We will NOT be conducting a full Call/Text-In for this rodeo. All contestants must sign up at the Secretary Booth on the day of the event.

⏰ Contestants must arrive by 6:00 PM to sign up and have entry fees paid in full.

💵 Cash Only

🐂 Open Bull Riders:
Please text 276-200-4001 no later than Wednesday at 9:00 PM so we can ensure enough stock is ordered.

🎟 Spectator Admission:
$10 Cash
Kids 5 & Under FREE

🏇 Rodeo Starts at 7:00 PM
(Following the Billingsway Buckle Series Barrel Event)

⚠️ No Rodeo Series or Buckle Series points will be awarded at this event.

Due to rain we received the last two days and additional Rain to come we are going to cancel tonight’s Saturday May 23rd rodeo performance.

Anyone who was called in for tonight will still receive their call-in points, and tonight will count toward a completed rodeo. If you was planning on paying for membership we will extend them till Saturday Night of the June Rodeo.

We will be hosting a Open Rodeo Youth
and Adult Events (No Points Payout Only) Rodeo following the 2026 Billingsway Buckle Series event on Saturday June 13th. Details will be forthcoming. This additional performance will not count towards points or Buckles for the series.

🚨 Attention Contestants & Fans 🚨

We are currently monitoring the weather closely, but as of now the rodeo is a GO!

We ask that everyone please follow the NEW parking map for this rodeo and for the remainder of the 2026 Billingsway Rodeo Series season.

Billingsway Arena is continuing to work toward additional upgrades and improvements throughout the year, and these parking changes will help us improve traffic flow and safety for everyone attending.

For paid camping spots please contact Tommy before parking as some spots maybe spoken for.

Coming Soon: A limited number of Premier Tailgate Parking Spots will be available for fans wanting an upgraded rodeo viewing experience!
