Vinyl Customization Disclaimer

Unfortunately, we will be updating our vinyl customization policy. We take great pride in our work and truly hate feeling like we have let a client down. Custom vinyl allows us to create beautiful, personalized displays, and we love offering that option to our clients.

We typically are very successful with vinyl and have successfully used it for many events without any issues. However, vinyl is not 100% predictable. Despite proper preparation and application, there are times when vinyl simply does not cooperate and may not adhere as expected due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, humidity, temperature, vinyl color/ brand, and surface materials.This can be extremely frustrating especially cause we outsource our vinyl to another small business so we can’t fix the problem that may arise.

As a business, we are always learning, growing, and making adjustments when problems arise. When we notice an issue that has come our way unexpectedly , it is our responsibility to find better solutions for our clients. Because of this, we feel it is important to include this clause and begin recommending wood signs for common phrases such as "Bride to Be," "Congrats Grad," and "Oh Baby." These signs provide a more reliable option and help ensure your display looks its best throughout your event.

Clients who choose custom vinyl lettering understand and acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that vinyl will adhere perfectly or remain attached for the entire duration of the event. By selecting vinyl customization, clients accept the potential risks associated with vinyl application.

Our goal is always to provide the highest-quality experience possible, and this policy update is intended to set clear expectations while helping us deliver the beautiful event displays our clients deserve.

We hope everyone understands why we have had to update our policy, and we hope this will help for any future causes that may arise. 🤍
