Our Baby & Me Babywearing Workout is designed specifically for postpartum moms who want to safely return to movement without leaving their little one behind. This class will be led by KC-Perinatal Fitness Trainer .The exercises will be gentle, low-impact and focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and supporting your postpartum recovery.

Baby & Me Workout with KC-Perinatal Fitness Trainer 💪

Like many of us, I have a new baby at home and want to make time to feel like myself again but I’m not quite ready to leave my baby behind.

That’s why I invited Krupa of KC-Perinatal Fitness Trainer to lead a Baby & Me workout at Little Leaf! She specializes in low impact, pelvic floor-strengthening workouts designed for moms.

Take a look at a few of the items available in this week’s toy & clothing swap 👕 Kids grow so fast! The first Friday of every month we come together and trade our kids stuff.

FRIDAY, 8/7 at all play sessions
1) Register for any play session on Friday, August 7th

2) Bring clean, gently used toys & clothing during your registered play session.

3) Place them in the designated “exchange” tables & bins.

4) Nothing to bring? No problem! Everyone is welcome to browse and take home pieces for free, while supplies last!
