HellOnWheels Racing This #45 HOWR team started in 2008 and we have been continually evolving and learning the science...

This page is most importantly, about keeping our HOWR Fans, Associate's, Sponsors, and just plain Dirt Racing Fans as updated as we possibly can, regarding race information, schedules, and even how things are going in the shop. For our respected and loyal fans, thank you so much for the Support. We've had some tough luck over the last few years and everyone here at HOWR and those Associated, are

looking forward to and what it has to offer. Thanks to all who keep updated with the page and pull for this HOWR #45.

The HOWR #45 missed Watsonville last weekend, just not enough time to get both cars ready to race, for a race like that. So, Mitchie went out there with those voltures, got tore up pretty bad, but ended cup Racing into the Feature and finished midpack. Great job by those guys, it took grit and perseverance, which is one of my two favorite characteristics in all humans; love you guys for that. So, it looks like Machado Racing/HOWR will be running the #45 at the end of the month over in Antioch, for a shot at a little bit of cash. I'll keep everyone posted as it nears and thank you again, for keeping up with us and all this craziness.

Mitchie making his move to the front early on the first lap, it was a nice one.

Mitchy making that sweet move on the first lap on the inside, eventually snagging that 2nd position. Was awesome to watch!

The end results of his move into that second spot and solidifying our opportunity for the A Main. That place is fast and most importantly, we had a lot of fun.

Calistoga was everything I expected it to be and more. No doubt about it, that place is SUPER fast. Witnessed a 15.8 track record set, which was nutcake fast. Mitch ran really well, he was really fast and I must say that 45 looked good ripping around the joint... In our Heat, he started 6th and finishing 2nd, racing us directly into the show. Made a small change before the main which may have tightened the car up a little, or that track changed up on us, but ran well and had a smile on my face the entire evening. First time at Calistoga with not just 24 cars, but 24 heavy hitters and finished 11th, to say I’m happy is an understatement. The ride home was cool and when I say cool, I mean freezing. lol! Crazy beautiful ride on the scoot, but glad to be home. Can't thank everybody involved enough for making it happen. Watsonville it is, go see what that place is all about for a couple nights in a couple weeks; keep it racing!

Had to edit, because the 'ol hand wasn't working all that well early Sun morning... haha!

HOWR and Machado Racing have gotten the family back together for a very special evening of racing for everybody involved, but being my first time Racing Calistoga makes it even that more special. An enormous amount of thanks to Mitch Machado, Bo, Shrek, John David, Austin and anyone I may have forgotten for making this happen. Looking forward to a great night of racing for not only ask, but the World of Outlaws, as well. I’ll do my best to keep everyone posted and most definitely get some pictures of this transformed #45
