Four years ago today I held Stella's Spring Charity Show. It was one of the last shows I've put on. Also the show I'm most proud of. We raised almost $1000 for the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. Anxiety and Depression are such serious issues that a lot of people never get help for. I can't stress enough how important having good mental health is. I am very grateful for organizations like http://www.adaa.org that help people and the families of individuals suffering from depression and anxiety. Everything gets better, and it's never too late to get help.
