Stinging Nettles are the base botanical used for our Lagom tea blend. It is nearly impossible to ignore an encounter with this plant. At the height of summer, it is not usual to find plants over 5 feet tall. Also if you touch it, it hurts! Fine hairs on the stems and leaves are painful to touch, and the reaction continues to burn for a bit.
Once it is dried or cooked, it makes pain free teas and soups that are wonderful to enjoy.

Raspberries are in full swing! We have been picking and drying berries most days for the past couple of weeks. We use them in our Lykke tea blend. We are almost ready to produce and sell our teas and tisanes.
