Wiscasset Art Walk is a monthly summertime celebration of art and performance held on the last Thursday of June, July, August, and September from 5 to 8pm. Spend the evening in the charming riverfront village of Wiscasset, just south of the Wiscasset Bridge on Route 1 in Midcoast Maine. Park your car then stroll the village and enjoy art and music, unique shops, and glorious views along the Sheeps

Aekeir Tap Room, 111 Main Street, Wiscasset Village, features music and song during WAW, Thursday., 7-30, 4-7pm+. Starting at 4pm, Midcoast Consort plays Baroque, Breton, Renaissance, and jigs until 6:30 when a song circle begins with mostly traditional songs. Come to listen, join the chorus, or lead a song!

Congratulations to Sylvan Gallery in Wiscasset Village for 25 years of featuring local and regional artists on their walls. To celebrate, Sylvan is hosting Waldoboro artist Roberta Goschke during the Wiscasset Art Walk on Thurs., July 30, 4-7pm. Gallery owner and artist Ann Scanlan says, “Goschke’s painterly style combines impressionistic color with expressive brushwork,
capturing the light and atmosphere of the scene before her.”
