We’re officially one week away from our Crafted Market!!! Come out for a fresh new lineup of local makers, vintage wares, delicious food, live music, and some epic family friendly DIY stations! Not only will there be vendors scattered throughout the entire Cargo District- Crafted Outpost will be filled with fresh local goods from 37 local makers!!
This month we are bringing awareness to Wilmington School of the Arts, a non-profit charter school. Their mission is to provide an arts integrated project based school that any child may attend regardless of their financial situation. It is their goal to provide each student with a holistic educational experience; creating a safe, accepting, nurturing environment for every child. Open enrollment is happening now. There are SO many new people that have joined this glass journey of mine since my last intro post, so I think it’s time I re-introduce myself✨
So, hey! My name is Stella, and today (Feb. 18th) I turn 25!! I’m the one and only soul behind Stained and Confused creations. Yes, just me…and Daniel (my boyfriend) who handles all of my website needs:) I grew up learning about stained glass from my mom, who has now been a glass artist for almost 30 years!! It’s crazy to think that I just entered my 2nd official year of this lil business of mine, and I’m so grateful that I’m able to do what I love🤍
Some other things I love are astrology, the ocean, surfing, hiking, traveling and working on my RV!🚐 Once Daniel and I finish remodeling our RV, we plan to travel around the country!! I will be doing markets in places we end up and site restocks, so you’ll still have access to all of my glass goods✨ I’m a Pisces sun + Cancer moon + Gemini rising! What are you’re big 3?

Happy anniversary to this business of mine🌞 I can’t believe it’s been 2 whole years of markets, site restocks, and being a full time artist! 2 years ago, on February 9th, I did my first ever market as Stained and Confused Creations!✨
I started really working with glass in 2018, but I grew up learning about it from my mom who now has almost 30 years of experience!! Hurricane Florence took out the work shop that year though, along with my apartment above it. A huge oak tree fell right on our bed at 5am... I literally feel so lucky that Daniel and I were in Hawaii at the time😶 Soo ya, that caused a major set back in terms of really getting a business started. Fast forward about a year and a half, @zoemargaretjayne (owner of @auggieandzo ) helped me get my foot in the door for that first market at Flying Machine Brewing! After that, Stained and Confused Creations took off and has been growing ever since:)
Thank you all for being here and supporting me🤍 I love what I do and the freedom that comes with it. I just want to create beautiful glass things, surf beautiful waves, travel to beautiful places and enjoy this life as much as I can!✨ I love each and every one of you and thank you to the moon and back for being here!!🌙

This lil business of mine has grown so much this year and I really can’t believe it still!✨ From getting to know this amazing and supportive community through markets to all the site restocks with orders shipping all over the country, it’s been wild. I don’t know where I expected to go with my business this year, but I sure as hell didn’t think I’d be sending things all the way to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Maine, Florida and tons of other places!
I went from doing a 2k giveaway in the beginning of October to having over 5,000 of you following by the end of the year! It blows my mind that there’s so many of you that want to see my art and wow… I just appreciate you all more than you know!!🤍 Every like, comment, save or share means so much to me and it helps my creations reach even more people!
