New Hampshire, get ready — Twisted Mallow Company⁠ is bringing marshmallows to a whole new level at The Chocolate Expo! 🤎

These aren’t your ordinary marshmallows. Twisted Mallow Company creates handcrafted gourmet mallows with unexpected twists on classic flavors, ranging from Vanilla Bean to adventurous creations like Mango Chili-Lime and Lemon Lavender. Their story began with owner Krista experimenting with a homemade vanilla marshmallow recipe — and after those first batches became a hit, Twisted Mallow Company was born!

And here’s something we LOVE: their marshmallows are GLUTEN-FREE, non-GMO, made without corn syrup, and contain no artificial colorings. 🌿

Think fluffy gourmet marshmallows, incredible flavor combinations, s’mores and sweet treats that bring you straight back to sitting around a campfire. 🔥🍫

The countdown is ON! Three stars from The Sandlot are headed to The Chocolate Expo in Manchester, NH, and they’re excited to spend the day meeting fans, signing autographs, taking photos and talking all things Sandlot!

We are SO excited to welcome OMNIYA Delicacy⁠ to The Chocolate Expo — not once, but TWICE this fall! They’ll be joining us in New Hampshire AND Maryland! 🎉

And wait until you see these chocolates in person. 😍

OMNIYA was founded by Nathalie, a Lebanese mom and entrepreneur who has called the Boston area home for more than 27 years. Her vision was to bring the flavors and chocolate traditions she loved from Lebanon to her community here in the U.S. Even the name has meaning: “Omniya” means “a wish.” 💛

Their chocolates combine Lebanese and Mediterranean-inspired flavors with seriously gorgeous presentation. Think colorful artisan Galaxy Bonbons filled with pistachio, hazelnut, coffee & caramel, cheesecake, Nutella, lemon feuilletine and more, plus chocolate-covered dates, kunafa pistachio chocolate, marzipan, nougat and elegant gift collections.

And those jewel-like bonbons in the photo?! 🤩 They’re almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.

🍫✨ MARYLAND… OUR VENDOR LINEUP IS LITERALLY STUNNING!

We’re counting down to The Chocolate Expo’s Maryland debut, and we cannot wait for you to discover McCormick Bakery & Chocolate Factory!

This is not your everyday chocolate. Head chocolatier Myriam Osorio McCormick trained as a chef and chocolatier in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before opening her original bakery and chocolate factory in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She later participated in the prestigious Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2017, with a mission to help put Honduran cacao and chocolate on the map.

And wait until you hear how they make their truffles. 😍

Their signature truffles take FOUR DAYS to create. The ganache rests for 24 hours, each center is individually weighed and hand-rolled, then enrobed in tempered chocolate, rested again and finally hand-packed. They also say they use clean ingredients sourced directly from farmers with no artificial preservatives.

💗 VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: BOMBALICIOUS!

They’re BACK — and after coming close to selling out at last year’s Chocolate Expo, we cannot wait to see what Bombalicious has dreamed up for us THIS year! 🤩🍫☕️

Based in Berwick, Maine they turn a cozy cup of hot cocoa into something seriously fun. From adorable bumblebees 🐝 and little piggies 🐷 to decadent chocolate-drizzled creations loaded with marshmallows and sweet surprises, these are almost too cute to drop into a mug. Almost. 😂
