Hand & body placement are so important. The chair moves, yes, but so do you! Move around! Standing in one spot the entire time will cause back issues, ya feet gonna hurt, and who really wants to be all sore after working all day? The head is 3 dimensional; staying on one spot just isn’t ideal and it doesn’t make sense 🤷🏾‍♀️
