Had my very own experience with today in pulling over a delivery driver for no other reason than his skin being brown. Tips if you encounter them:

Record and tell them you’re recording

Ask the victims name and how to contact their loved ones

Always wear a whistle so you can warn others

Get plates, make and model of ICE vehicles

Report immediately to ICCIR

Call schools in the area to warn them

Text the video to all of your local friends and ask them to spread the word

Drive around and look for anyone with brown skin to warn them - nannies, landscapers, etc.
