What my soul was made for. 🤍

Loving my family deeply.
Having the flexibility to actually be here for this life we’re creating.

Helping make the wild little desires of these tiny humans come to life.

Serving women.
Coaching them back to themselves, their bodies, their truth, and their connection to something greater.

Hosting retreats alongside my bestie.
Creating sacred spaces where women get to exhale, be held, and remember who they are.

Building a business that supports my life instead of requiring me to sacrifice it.

I used to think I had to choose.

The present mother or the ambitious woman.
The family or the business.
The sacred or the strategic.
The deep inner work or the big wild dreams.

I don’t believe that anymore.

I believe we get to build lives big enough to hold all of us.

The motherhood.
The mission.
The money.
The connection.
The creativity.
The rest.
The ridiculous dreams that make absolutely no sense to anyone else but feel like truth in our bodies.

This is the work I get to do with women.

Not building a life that looks good from the outside.

Building one that feels like yours from the inside.

And lately, I keep looking around thinking…

Oh. This is it.

This is what my soul was made for. 🤍

Grateful. More please.

To be fair, I’m not completely insane. 😂

I DID get permission from my OBGYN to fly to Iowa at 33 weeks pregnant to help hold the incredible women at The Summer Camp For Creative Women.

And also… there were definitely moments somewhere between two planes, a three-hour car ride, and my very pregnant body where I thought:

Julia. What are we doing?! 😂

But then I got there.

And I remembered exactly why I came.

To hold women who are so used to holding everyone else.

To help them get out of their heads and back into their bodies.

To slow down long enough to actually hear themselves.

To notice what they’re carrying that was never theirs to carry.

To create space for God and their version of higher power to speak louder than the noise.

To remind them that their truth doesn’t usually need to be forced or figured out.

Sometimes it just needs enough quiet to finally be felt.

And THAT is the work I feel so deeply called to.

Because the women I work with are brilliant. Capable. Loving. Driven. They can strategize and problem-solve all day long.

But sometimes the next level of their life and business isn’t hiding inside another strategy.

Sometimes it’s underneath all the noise.

And getting to help women find their way back there?

Yeah.

Worth every single pregnant mile. 🤍

Thank you, The Summer Camp For Creative Women, for trusting me to help hold something so sacred.

Grateful. More please. ✨

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it actually means to embody Queen Energy.

And I’m learning it’s not about being the loudest woman in the room.
It’s not about having it all figured out.
And it’s definitely not about doing everything yourself.

Queen Energy is deeply rooted in receiving.

It’s asking for what you desire instead of hoping someone notices.

It’s allowing yourself to be supported instead of proving you can carry it all.

It’s noticing when your nervous system is activated and choosing to tend to yourself before abandoning yourself.

It’s creating structure that supports you instead of waiting until you’re completely depleted.

It’s letting something feel good without immediately wondering when the other shoe will drop.

It’s holding two truths at once.

I can deeply care about someone else AND honor what I need.

I can be uncertain AND trust myself.

I can surrender AND still have standards.

I can receive AND still be powerful.

I can desire more AND be wildly grateful for what is already here.

And maybe one of the biggest lessons…

Queen Energy isn’t something we earn once we finally become the “right” version of ourselves.

It’s something we practice.

In the tiny moments.
In the uncomfortable conversations.
In the asks.
In the boundaries.
In the receiving.
In choosing not to collapse when life feels uncertain.

Over and over again, choosing to become the woman who trusts herself enough to say:

This is what I desire.
This is what I need.
This is what I’m available for.
And I am willing to receive it.

That’s the work.

And damn, is it beautiful watching women remember that this has been inside them all along. 👑

This one got me. 🤍

Our final High Vibe Collective call before maternity leave was not about goals, strategy, or what’s next.

It was about remembering.

Remembering the little girl we once were.
The one who dreamed before she knew what was realistic.
The one who played before she learned to perform.
The one who knew what joy felt like before the world told her who she should be.
We brought childhood photos.
We remembered moments when we felt powerful, safe, free, creative, loved.
We talked about what that little girl would see in the woman we are today.

And then we reflected one another back to ourselves.
“This is what I see in you.”
“This is what you bring into a room.”
“This is who you have become.”
There were tears. Laughter. So much love.

And the biggest reminder for me was this:
We spend so much of our lives reaching for the next version of ourselves that sometimes we forget to turn around and honor the woman who already made it this far.
The woman who survived it.
Built it.
Changed it.
Healed it.
Asked for more.
Started again.
Kept going.

Sometimes growth isn’t about becoming more.
Sometimes it’s simply remembering who you already are.

To every woman who has been part of this container: thank you for trusting me, for trusting each other, and for showing up willing to be seen.

This chapter is closing.

But the woman you became inside of it gets to come with you. 🤍

And maybe the little girl in that photo would look at you now and simply say…
Wow. Look at us.✨💫🪞🙌🏻🤍

Waiting can look a whole lot like being responsible.

“I’m just getting clear.”
“I need a little more time.”
“I’ll do it when things settle down.”
“I’m waiting until I feel ready.”

But sometimes?

Waiting is just productive procrastination.

You’re researching.
Planning.
Thinking.
Processing.
Perfecting.
Getting almost ready.

And all of it feels productive enough that you don’t have to admit the truth:

You already know.

You know the conversation you need to have.
You know the offer you want to launch.
You know the boundary you need to set.
You know the investment you want to make.
You know the dream that keeps tapping you on the shoulder.

You’re just waiting to feel less scared before you move.

But courage doesn’t always come first.

Sometimes you do the thing scared and courage meets you on the other side.

Your next chapter probably doesn’t need another month of thinking.

It needs a move.

Do the thing. 🔥

Today was my last WWC Beachwood meeting before maternity leave. 🤍

And what a way to close this chapter.

In just 30 minutes, I watched a room of women slow down, drop into their bodies, and remember who they are.

Not who they still need to become.
Not everything they still need to accomplish.
Not the next goal, milestone, or version of themselves they’re chasing.

Who they already are.

We looked back at the challenges they’ve navigated.
The hard seasons they thought might break them.
The brave decisions they’ve made.
The victories they’ve already created.
The evidence of their own strength that was there all along.

Because sometimes you don’t need another strategy.

You need to remember.

Look at what you’ve already walked through.
Look at what you’ve already created.
Look at who you had to become to get here.

When a woman truly remembers that, something shifts.

Her body shifts.
Her energy shifts.
Her frequency shifts.

And she walks back into her life differently.

Into her business.
Her family.
Her relationships.
Her community.
Her dreams.

And that shift becomes a ripple. ✨

This is so much of the work I’m honored to hold women in.

Because your dreams may be bigger than your fears, love.

Sometimes you just need someone to help you remember that you already have the evidence that you can do hard, brave, extraordinary things.

What have you already walked through that proves to you who you are? 🤍
