The weather has been a bit hot and the air smoky so we haven’t had a paint out lately. However, August’s paint out is EXCITING! The paint out will be at the Roosevelt Zoo in Minot, on Sunday, August 16th. I will post the paint out rules later, but to keep the animals safe, no oil paints. We will pay their regular fee to get in as this helps support the zoo. We will need to be aware that other zoo guests will be wanting to see the animals too. Invite your other artist friends, this one will be fun!!

You have to think about your artwork as telling a story. What story do you want to tell? Is it about the sky? Or is it about the land? A 50/50 story is not as captivating.

Paint out at Artfest in Williston tomorrow! Anytime during the event. Take your favorite art supplies and paint some of the activities.
