Hello! I am Melissa Kilian. I previously operated Koi Studio and only offered photography, but I have decided to branch out into other services as well. I am a creative person down to my very core, and want to share my talents with you!
Joss Whedon once said "Write it. Shoot it. Publish it. Crochet it. Saute it. Whatever. Make." This quote resonates with me, in that, that is me. I make. I am into photography, painting, digital art, graphic design, drawing, sculpting, and crafting - like sewing and embroidery... just to name a few. Heck, I even love cooking & baking!
I hold a degree in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design. I am a wife and a mother, and hold down a full time job on top of running this side business. I love to stay busy! I've been told I have an old soul, mainly because I love making and also a little about my taste in music.
I will take commissions. If there is something you are unsure about, ask me and I will be happy to let you know if that is in my skill-set or I may even be able to recommend someone else who would better fit your need.
