❤ I have a bittersweet update to share with our Broom Tree families
At the end of this year, Broom Tree Portrait Studio will be closing its doors.
This Christmas season and our remaining Children’s Chapter offerings will be our last.
Sometimes in life, the Lord asks us to lay something on the altar—even something we have loved deeply. And we feel like He is asking us to do that with Broom Tree.
To loosen our grip. To open our hands and give this back to Him, while keeping those same hands open to receive whatever He has for us next.
This studio has been such an incredible gift to me and my family, and serving yours has been one of its greatest treasures.
I’ve watched little ones grow in front of my camera. I’ve watched siblings change from year to year. I’ve gotten to dream up castles, forests, fairytales and entirely new little worlds—and then watch your children step into them and bring them to life.
The fact that so many of you trusted me with your children and came back year after year is something I will never take for granted.
Are we closing forever? Maybe. Is this simply for a season? Maybe.
We truly don’t know.
But we DO know that we trust the Lord with what comes next. Broom Tree was His before it was ours, and right now, we feel called to place it back into His hands.
So while there is sadness in saying goodbye, there is also excitement in wondering what He might have waiting for us next.
And we’re not quite finished yet. We still have a little magic left to make before the doors close. 🤍
Our remaining Christmas and Children’s Chapter experiences will be the final Broom Tree offerings, and I would love nothing more than to spend these last few months creating something beautiful with you.
