👋🏼 Just hopping on Instagram to share a few things I’ve been working on. I took a break from painting after the last market, then got to work on a few projects in the little bits of time between mom-ing. Thanks to for letting me do something for your home! And to our friend Cathy for the chance to do tea party invitations. I had so much fun with these!

A belated THANK YOU to all who came to see us at the First Trust Holiday Market! We loved getting to see you. Highlights:

❄️ Moses was super excited to sell some of his original paintings.
❄️ I totally forgot to mention that there was live jazz, and Nathan was playing guitar in the trio. They were so good!
❄️ I’m grateful for the lovely company of , who joined me with her beautiful embroidered totes and made the day go by faster.

I’m off social media again until the next market. Until then, enjoy writing your snail mail notes on your lovely stationery!

I reworked another old Christmas design, but for some reason my houses always end up just a tiny liiiiittle bit crooked. At least Nathan thinks so. I still love how it turned out … if you notice it, just think of it as a little weather beaten! 🌬️🏠

Prints of these greeting cards (and more!) will be selling at the First Trust Holiday Market on December 4!

Ok snail mail-ers, I need your help! I reworked another Christmas card and I’m trying to decide if I should package my Christmas cards in sets … Do you write Christmas cards anymore? Or do people just send family photo Christmas cards these days? Like, would you want to buy a set of five of these, or just one, because you send family photo cards to your friends? 🤔

Find these at the First Trust Holiday Market, maybe in a set or maybe in singles, or maybe both! :D

Here’s a peek into some of the process of making my printed card sets. It takes much more time than sending one of my painted designs to the printer but I actually enjoy the printing and packaging process!

1) After hitting “print” I have to go gently push down the paper into the printer, because for whatever reason my printer won’t take the heavier paper without help. Yes, I print one page at a time!!
2) After printing, I cut the cards down to size, and score and fold them with help from my handy scoring board.
4) I assemble the packaging boxes.
5) Add envelopes, and fill the boxes!

This set of cards will be waiting for you at the First Trust Holiday Market. Come visit!

I love to paint simple! You can make something beautiful with just one layer or a few layers of simple watercolor shapes, plus a few lines with ink if you like. Circles are super satisfying to paint! And you can do so much with a circle. Try it and see what you make!

This orange will be at the First Trust Holiday Market! Come visit my booth!

So I’ve loved making prints of my favorite hand-painted notecards. They’re less time consuming for me to make, and more affordable for you to purchase. 😀 But so far, I haven’t achieved my dream print texture … until yesterday! This summer we invested in a nice inkjet printer and after much trial and error, I had a breakthrough yesterday, and I’m really really really excited to say I’ve got a print I’m truly proud of!!! 🥳 Just ask Nathan how excited I’ve been. Here’s a peek into something that will be selling at the First Trust Holiday Market in December. (PS. Don’t worry there will still be some hand painted originals for those of you who’d like some of Grace’s original art. 😁)

Save the date for the market!
