This morning, I was strolling along the beach with my dog when we spotted this near the shore. My dog went up to it, sniffed it, and then quickly rushed back to me. I was too afraid to move any closer. I’ve been standing nearby for a while now, staring at it and wondering what it could be. Does anyone know what this is?
