Looking back at James completely nailing “Agony” as Rapunzel’s Prince and Demi crushing it as the stepmother in Villano Elementary’s Into the Woods last April 2026. Seeing how much they grew on stage has us so excited to kick off a whole new year of singing lessons! Ready for the next chapter. 🎤
Overall great cast, direction, sound, set, parents and overall super psyched and happy vibe! I love to see kids love singing and love musical theater. And for these fabulous opportunities to exist locally and in their own schools!

Huge congratulations to my amazing student, Eden for winning Best Supporting Actress at the legendary Stagedoor Manor in Loch Sheldrake, NY .🏆🎭

Eden absolutely shined as Frannie in the official pilot production of Trevor: The Musical.
Being part of a pilot production means she wasn't just performing a script—she was helping to shape it! She worked with raw materials to test the music and text for theater licensing houses, helping to set the blueprint for future youth productions of the show worldwide. 🌟🎶
To bring a brand-new version of a character to life under that kind of industry spotlight—and walk away with Best Supporting Actress—is an incredible accomplishment. Her vocal maturity, adaptability, and dedication continue to blow me away.

I wasn't familiar with Trevor until Eden and her mom Sari brought this musical to my attention. So I will share what I have learned:

It’s set in 1981 at a middle school, Trevor is discovering that he’s gay at a time when it wasn’t very acceptable. Trevor idolizes Diana Ross so she is a main character and shows up mostly in dream sequences as Trevor imagines her singing advice to him (kind of like a Greek chorus) - that’s one of the videos mom sent and its on this reel.
Trevor has a crush on the school jock (Pinky) but Pinky has a crush on one of the popular girls (Frannie). Eden was Frannie. Trevor writes about his crush in his journal and when the other kids find it everyone makes fun of him and he tries to kill himself by swallowing pills. After he gets out of the hospital he embraces who he is and feels better about himself.
The musical is based on the 1995 Academy Award winning short film Trevor, which inspired youth su***de prevention.

Stagedoor is known for its incredible talent. Some of the attendees include Lea Michelle, Natalie Portman, Robert Downey Jr. Jon Cryer and many more.
and seeing Eden recognized like this is no surprise. Her hard work, dedication, and beautiful voice shine through in everything she does.
I am so incredibly proud to be part of your musical journey. Keep shining bright! ✨

Nicky DeFrancesco performed the role of Baby John with a great cast in the Willie Wilson Theatre Arts Group [TAG] production of school edition at the Academy of the Holy Angels in from July 29 through 31st, 2026. He loves and it showed throughout his spirited performance. I was proud of how wonderful his voice sounded [but not surprised. He is always good]. This theater group gave Nicky and all the kids great training in and dancing. The sets and lighting were wonderful too. Love "there's a place for us" theaterkids at TAG.

Street corner serenade from in under absolutely perfect summer weather conditions. Warm. Gentle winds. Such fun to sing to the community with people I care about Mike Michael Mariano [pictured dancing with his cheetahs] and his dear wife Adrienne Adrienne Mariano. And sing the timeless, wise words written by Billie Holiday. Singing is therapeutic to do and listen to. So much joys singing when singing the .
